New Year, Same Me
Every January the internet fills up with resolution posts, goal-setting frameworks, and "this will be my year" energy. By February, most of it has quietly evaporated.
I gave up on New Year's resolutions years ago. Not because I'm against self-improvement — I'm all for it — but because tying change to an arbitrary date on the calendar never worked for me. If something is worth changing, it's worth changing in March, or October, or whenever you actually decide to do it.
The best changes I've made to my life were made mid-year, with no fanfare, just because I got fed up enough to actually do something about it.
So: no resolutions. Same me. Let's get on with it.
